You may return a book within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in like-new condition.  Your money will be promptly refunded without question less a 15% restocking fee.  Opened CD-ROMs may be exchanged for the same title; there will be no refunds given for opened CD-ROMs. Please call us at 1.800.600.0330 before returning an item to ensure that we process your return quickly and correctly.
